Unresolved, or a serious health & safety concern?

According to the Bnoon Network Complaint Management Policy, we need 3 working days to investigate and close any complaint. If your complaint has not been resolved or your concern represents a serious Health and Safety risk, kindly contact the Ministry of Health (MoH) Suggestions and Complaint Services by dialling 937 or 937@moh.gov.sa.
